Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) – Agile Engineering Practices
The Certified Scrum Developer Agile Engineering Practices class is a 2 day immersive training and learning experience that covers the XP programming skills needed to design and build reliable, robust, maintainable and verifiable systems. Over 70% of this class involves hands-on coding through sample exercises in Java, or C#.
Upon completion of the class, students will attain the Certified Scrum Developer (CSD®) credential.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
The class is appropriate for programmers with at least 1 year of programming experience and an understanding of Object Oriented Design. Over 70% of this class involves hands-on coding exercises and attendees are required to bring laptops equipped with their favorite IDE such as visual studio, visual studio code, or eclipse.
The class is presented in a highly interactive and collaborative format with elements of coding exercises, videos, and classroom discussion interwoven throughout.

Fadi Stephan – Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST®)
Fadi Stephan is a Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST®), Agile Coach, and technology consultant with more than twenty years of experience at startups, government agencies, and Fortune500 companies across various sectors including financial, hospitality, and homeland. His focus is on building high performing innovative organizations and teams that deliver value early and maximize ROI. Prior to founding Kaizenko, Fadi led the Software Development Practice at Excella Consulting as well as their Digital Services Solutions. Before that, he was Director of Product Development at DATABASICS. In 2014, Fadi became 1 of only 170 trainers worldwide to earn the distinguished Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) designation from the Scrum Alliance and became authorized to deliver public and private Scrum Alliance certification classes. Fadi is a recognized Agile thought leader that frequently presents at Agile and Scrum conferences worldwide. He is also the founder and co-organizer of DC’s largest Scrum User Group.
